InstaFuel is committed to ensuring customer service excellence is an integral part of the planning, resourcing, and delivery of all services provided by InstaFuel Corporation. The company aims to provide easy access to information pertaining to the different services and subscriptions InstaFuel maintains, to make sure customers are of certainty before complying with a purchase. 

Regardless of a customer's subscription choice, InstaFuel will deliver utmost respect, dignity, and decency to customers and fulfill their fueling necessities in accordance to their purchased subscription. 

Whilst this policy is concerned with customer service standards, InstaFuel has a specific policy  for handling compliments, concerns, and complaints. Customers may contact InstaFuel's customer services or Human Resources Department regarding such statements.

Privacy & Safety

Information Collection, Usage, & Sharing

InstaFuel is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. InstaFuel will only have access to / collect information customers voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from customers. We will not sell, rent, or distribute this information to anyone. 

We will use customer information as a method of contact to that customer and we will  not share this information with any other third party outside of our corporation, other than as necessary to fulfill a customer's request. 

Unless customers inform us not to, InstaFuel may contact customers, via email, to notify them about special sales, new products / services, or changes to this privacy policy. 

 

Security

InstaFuel takes precautions in regards to customers personal information. When customers submit sensitive information, via the website, their information will be protected both online and offline. Only employees who need such information to perform a specific job or task (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information.

Employee Engagement

InstaFuel values dignified employee cooperation and teamwork, which undoubtedly secures all employee's contributions to the company. We have hired each and every one of you for a specific reason and would enjoy seeing your skills in action. However, ALL employees must abide by InstaFuel corporate rules and regulations, below, in order to remain active in the company:

Collaboration

ALL employees / employers are to respect their fellow coworkers, and any criticism or discrimination on the basis of age, sex, sexual orientation, race, religion, ethnicity, or national origin against other employees, or customers, is not acceptable. If one is to witness actions violating this policy, one is to report the event to the Human Resources Department immediately. 

 

Deadlines

Employees to are to ensure they are meeting deadlines within their department by their specified date, which will ensure our company is up to date. 

 

Cell Phones / Electronics

For the success of our company, employees MUST limit their cell phone use or their use associated with any other personal electronic devices such as laptops, tablets, smartwatches, etc. The limitation of these devices can and will ensure deadlines are met. 

 

Employee Absence

Time off is indeed granted all employees applicable, yet upon your return, make up for work missed is required. If employees are unable or uncertain to attend work on a specific day or span of days, notify your supervisor or our Human Resources Department in advance. 

 

Conflicts & Disputes

As stated, InstaFuel values honesty and integrity. If employees have a particular issue or concern within the company, or in regards to the company, may report it to our Chief Operating Officer or any other personnel in the Human Resources Department.
